This Award will be awarded to the Alumni through the common polling for a nominee. Any Lovely Professional University Alumni Association(LPUAA) member – faculty or alumni can nominate a candidate for the Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award. The candidate must be an alumnus/alumna from any program and a registered member of LPUAA . The number of Distinguished Alumni Awards can vary according to the nominations; if University feels that more than one candidate deserves the award there would be more than one candidate who are awarded Distinguished Alumni Award.
